Returns
- For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of prescription or non-prescription medicines once they have been delivered. This ensures that all medications remain safe and untampered with.
- Returns are only allowed if:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- There was a shipping error on our side.
In such cases, you must notify our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video evidence).
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after verification.
- If you do not receive your order due to shipping errors, a full refund or free reshipment will be offered.
- Refunds are not applicable if:
- The shipping address provided was incorrect.
- The package was refused or not collected by the customer.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before shipping has been initiated.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
